Rahumaja (Lai 10, 2nd floor) welcomes seminars, workshops, yoga and wellness gatherings, team brainstorms, and intimate celebrations. Our bright, cozy, historic rooms provide privacy, warmth, and modern technical amenities to make every occasion seamless.

1. Venue features and spaces

Rahumaja offers a flexible layout that effortlessly accommodates diverse formats. You have access to distinct functional areas:

  • Spacious main hall (48 m²): Ideal for workshops, yoga sessions, presentations, lectures, acoustic concerts, or creative masterclasses. Equipped with presentation technology, adaptable chair arrangements, and a serene atmosphere.
  • Large meeting and dining area: Perfect for roundtables, boardroom meetings, shared dinners, or thoughtful post-workshop gatherings.
  • Fully equipped kitchen: Coffee breaks and catering are effortless – complete with dishes, tableware, coffee maker, and kettle. Bringing your own catering is welcomed with no extra fees!

3. Pricing

We provide transparent, flexible rental pricing tailored to the duration and character of your gathering.

Hourly Rental Up to 4 hours 45 € / hour — Short meetings, lectures, presentations
Half Day Up to 5 hours 180 € — Morning or afternoon seminars, team brainstorming sessions
Full Day 8 hours 280 € — Extensive training days, conferences, seminars
Full Day 10 hours 320 € — Extensive training days, conferences, seminars
* All rental income from Rahumaja is directed towards supporting the NGO's statutory goals and community activities. Prices are not subject to VAT.

Note: Preparation time (up to 1 hour before the event) is available by prior agreement at a discounted rate. A one-time cleaning fee of €50 applies for larger events with extensive catering.

4. Location and practical info

  • Address: Lai 10, Tallinn (2nd floor)
  • Quiet hours: Located in a historic residential neighborhood, events should wrap up by 22:00 (extended hours until 23:00 by special agreement).
  • Parking: The venue is situated in the Old Town paid parking zone. Convenient nearby parking is available at Europark outdoor lots (such as Mere puiestee or Väike Rannavärav), just a 5–7 minute walk away.
  • Accessibility: The rooms are located on the second floor of a historic building accessible via stairs (no elevator access).

6. House rules and guidelines

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and maintain our historic building, please observe our venue guidelines:

  • Arrival and departure: Space is handed over at the agreed time. Please adhere strictly to your booked time window, including setup and pack-down.
  • Indoor footwear: To preserve the quiet, clean atmosphere, please remove outdoor shoes at the entrance or use indoor footwear/slippers.
  • Quiet hours and neighbors: Quiet hours commence at 22:00. Events must end and guests depart by 22:30. In the evening, please keep windows closed if playing sound or music.
  • Kitchen and catering: Kitchen utensils, dishware, and coffee appliances are at your disposal. Please wash all used dishes (or load the dishwasher) and wipe down surfaces after your event.
  • Cleanliness and waste: Rental includes regular post-event floor cleaning and sanitization. Guests are kindly asked to sort waste into the designated bins and take remaining food and beverages with them.
  • Fire safety and smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited anywhere indoors and in the inner courtyard. Open flames and candles require prior written approval.
  • Liability: The renter is responsible for the venue, furnishings, and equipment during the rental period. Any damages caused will be invoiced to the booking contact.
